In der Nase: Intensiv und cremig, das Sherryaroma erscheint klar und fruchtig mit würzigen Noten.
Im Geschmack: Zuerst süss, dann kräftiger Hauch von Gewürzen wie Ingwer, Zimt, Piment, Muskatnuss. Noten von Schokolade und Orangenschalen.
Finish: Trocken, langanhaltend, würzig und fruchtig süss.
